Jory Torres | President

Jory has been interested in the road construction industry ever since they started Contractor Services, Inc. He credits this to his mentors – Rocky Torres, Eddie Bales, and Randy Miller who have coached him since 2009 and kept his interest and engagement.

He has always been fascinated by the equipment, coordination and planning that goes into large-scale projects like road jobs. Jory believes that building and maintaining relationships are the single most important part of running a strong business. 

He and his wife, Nichole, have been married since 2017 and have three beautiful children. Pax (7), Cecilia (5), Arthur (2) and one on the way in July! They also have a furry golden named Chief.

Jory loves St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and the North Platte Catholic Schools and remain committed and involved parishioners and parents. He and Nikki put a large emphasis on giving back and being a part of the solution in their community.

Jory is a dreamer and enjoys thinking about the possibilities of his life and business in a way that is always looking to improve and make it better – he applies this mindset to his work and in his businesses.

He loves what he does and would not pick any other career or place to be than right where he is.

Will Atkeson | Outside Sales

Will has been a member of the Chief Road Supply team since the summer of 2024. 

Will was born and raised in O'Neill, NE and he now enjoys living in North Platte and working alongside Jory at CRS.

Will loves working at Chief Road Supply because the company cares so much about its employees, and they are treated as if they are family. His favorite part of the job is getting out and talking to customers and helping them find solutions for their traffic control needs. 

When he is not at work, Will enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Larren, and their cat, Ellie. He likes to go hunting with his bird dog Waylon during the fall and winter, and he loves to go visit his nieces and nephews.
